The implementation of the project for reconstruction of the building
of the Youth Home in Lovech will start at the beginning of April 2022.
Nadezhda Vi Stroy will perform the construction and installation works.
The duration of the project is 24 months.
There will be changes in the plans of all floors, delineation of functional areas,
implementation of energy efficiency measures and ensuring an accessible environment.
There will be a separate area for the Regional Historical Museum - Lovech;
the repository of the City Art Gallery and an indoor play area. A multifunctional
area for STEAM, laboratory and art classes will also be built. There is also a coffee shop.
The change of the facade, envisaged in the project, is with maximum preservation
of the existing stone cladding and new wooden cladding on bay windows and openings,
in order to adapt to the environment of RIA "Varosha".
